Assisted Living Communities

These communities offer a range of services for adults who can live independently but also need help with Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s) for an additional charge.  These items include bathing, personal hygiene, medication management, dining room assistance and activities.  Monthly rates include meals, housekeeping, laundry service, transportation and emergency call service or planned activities.  Many communities have licensed nurses on staff and 24 hour health care monitoring.

Residential Licensed Board & Care Home

Residential board care is a small home that has 4-6 residents.  These homes provide personalized care for your loved one.  They also provide assistance with ADL, dressing, grooming, bathing, incontinence care and medication management.  The benefits of this monthly rate are that it is all inclusive in the cost of care.

Memory Care – Dementia – Alzheimers Communities

Memory care communities specialize in all levels of dementia with Alzheimers.  A specially trained round-the-clock staff will provide the proper care with dignity and compassion for a person experiencing dementia.  A friendly environment provides comfort a sense of ease in a secure facility.

Respite  (Short-Term Basis)

A Respite Program covers a timeframe of assistance of five days, seven days, even up to one to two months..  This program provides planned short-term stays to assist the family and prevent caregiver burnout.  It also provides ease for families in providing 24 hour care for their loved ones while they are away.

Hospice & Palliative Care (Quality of Life at the End of Life)

Hospice is traditionally an option for people whose life expectancy is six months or less.  It is also for your loved ones to receive comfort measures during this difficult transition.   This involves palliative care (pain and symptom relief) rather than ongoing curative measures, thus enabling you to live your last days to the fullest with purpose, dignity, grace and support.  Hospice can be provided in a hospital, nursing home or other health care facilities that provide hospice care on-site.  In most cases, hospice is provided in the patient’s home.

"Making someone else happy with our service"

"Josie and I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for all of your detailed care and hard work.

Not only did you find a comfortable and caring home for our Aunt Ann, you have continued to take the time to answer all of our many detailed\ questions and guide us through important processes to insure Aunt Ann's health and financial comfort long term.

The love and care that you so effortlessly expel without expecting anything in return, shows the blessing you are to anyone who has the opportunity to know you.

When we had the opportunity to meet your family we could see how close knit all of you are and how this has carried over into your work and every day life.

We are grateful to have met you. You are a rare treasure".

Thank you and God bless you!!

Sincerely,

Josie Marie & Michael J Cianci
